Job Scope

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead strategic, large-scale initiatives for multinational customers. The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and delivery governance skills to ensure successful program execution and achievement of business objectives.

Location: Switzerland.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex transformation programs across multiple teams and stakeholders.

• Drive program delivery, ensuring alignment with agreed business outcomes, timelines, and budgets.

• Manage risks, dependencies, and escalation processes.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams in global and multicultural environments.

• Provide governance, reporting, and executive-level communication throughout the program lifecycle.

• Support Agile ways of working and coach teams on Scrum and Agile best practices.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Program Manager leading large and complex programs.

• Strong knowledge of mainframe environments and legacy system transformation initiatives.

• Experience working with global insurance organizations and their operating models.

• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive delivery excellence.

• Hands-on experience with cloud migration programs.

• AWS certifications or equivalent cloud certifications preferred.

• Strong Scrum and Agile coaching experience.

• Relevant Agile/Scrum certifications required.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
