About the Role

DXC Technology is seeking an experienced Integral Chief Architect to lead the architecture strategy and technical roadmap for the Assure Integral product suite, a leading insurance administration platform. This role will drive product modernization, cloud transformation, enterprise integration, and architecture governance while ensuring alignment with the broader Assure platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the architecture strategy for the Assure Integral product suite.

• Ensure alignment with DXC Assure's cloud-native architecture and AWS platform standards.

• Lead architecture decisions for product modernization, scalability, security, and performance.

• Drive integration between Integral, the Assure platform, Smart Apps, and third-party enterprise systems.

• Provide technical leadership across cloud, data, AI, and enterprise integration initiatives.

• Establish and maintain architecture standards, governance, and best practices.

• Lead and mentor a team of architects and senior developers (5-10 team members).

• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to shape future platform capabilities.

Required Experience

• 15+ years of experience in Software Architecture, Solution Architecture, or Enterprise Architecture.

• Strong background in insurance administration or insurance technology platforms.

• Experience designing and delivering large-scale enterprise applications.

• Proven expertise in cloud architecture, application modernization, and enterprise integration.

• Experience leading technical teams and architecture governance initiatives.

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect (preferred)

• Prior experience with DXC Assure Integral or similar insurance platforms is highly desirable.
