About the Role

Essential Job Functions

• Recommend Vantage-One/wmA product-specific configurations to support overall system design and integration.

• Select, coordinate, and implement technical product components to ensure technical solutions address business concerns.

• Assist sales and consulting engineering teams in designing and integrating products into customer environments.

• Perform client-specific enhancements on the Vantage-One/wmA application by referencing business design documents.

• Address product requirements, usability, and change requests, and define future functionality for end users and stakeholders.

• Coordinate, oversee, develop, and lead team members to achieve project and delivery goals.

• Apply application development and maintenance best practices across conversion and migration projects.

• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to increase understanding of the Vantage-One/wmA product.

Basic Qualifications

• Experience in mainframe applications with legacy skill set (COBOL, JCL, VSAM, DB2, etc.)

• Twelve or more years of applications development (conversion or migration project) experience

• Four or more years of leadership experience

• Experience performing client-specific enhancements on Vantage-One/wmA application by referring to business design documents

• Experience working with application development and maintenance best practices

• Leadership skills to coordinate, oversee, develop and lead team members

• Good communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills for interacting with team members and clients

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Other Qualifications

• Domain certifications (LOMA) are preferred
