We're looking for experienced and highly capable Senior Project Managers to lead the delivery of complex application development, modernization, and digital transformation initiatives across a diverse enterprise technology portfolio. 

This is an opportunity to work at scale, partnering with business leaders, architects, developers, testers, and operational teams to successfully deliver strategic outcomes within large enterprise and government environments. You'll be trusted to take ownership, influence decision-making, and provide leadership across multiple initiatives that drive real business value.

You are a proven delivery leader with the ability to navigate complexity, build trusted stakeholder relationships, and consistently deliver results. 

Essential Experience 

• Extensive experience leading complex application development, integration, and modernization projects 

• Strong governance, risk, issue, dependency, financial, and stakeholder management capability 

• Demonstrated success delivering projects using Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies 

• Experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives, competing priorities, and cross-program dependencies 

• Strong understanding of SDLC practices and modern application delivery approaches 

• Experience working closely with technical delivery teams, architects, engineers, and business stakeholders 

• Proven delivery experience within large enterprise, corporate, or government environments
• Experience delivering complex technology projects in government or regulated environments.
• Strong understanding of government delivery governance, assurance, risk management, reporting, and project control requirements within complex enterprise environments.

• Commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasts, accruals, and vendor relationships 

• Ability to operate independently while providing leadership across a portfolio of work 

The Opportunity 

As a Senior Project Manager, you will: 

• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic application development and transformation initiatives 

• Own project scope, schedule, budget, governance, and delivery outcomes 

• Drive effective management of risks, issues, decisions, assumptions, and dependencies 

• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across business, development, testing, infrastructure, security, and support functions 

• Build strong relationships with customers, executives, delivery leaders, and technical teams 

• Provide clear and proactive communication to stakeholders at all levels 

• Identify delivery risks early and drive resolution paths that protect customer outcomes 

• Support portfolio planning, resource management, and governance processes 

• Champion continuous improvement and delivery excellence across the broader project community 

Technical & Professional Expertise 

We're particularly interested in candidates who bring experience in: 

• Software development and enterprise application delivery 

• Azure DevOps (ADO) and modern delivery tooling 

• Application technologies including .NET, SQL Server, Web and Integration platforms 

• CI/CD pipelines, deployment practices, release management, infrastructure, and security considerations
• PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, MSP, SAFe Agilist, Scrum Master, or equivalent.
• Azure Fundamentals or cloud-related certifications (advantageous).

• Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Blazor, and legacy application environments (advantageous) 

• Emerging technologies and AI-enabled delivery approaches
