As DXC Technology continues to expand its SAP Procurement capability and is seeking a SAP S/4HANA S2P Lead with strong SAP Ariba experience. You will lead the design and delivery of end‑to‑end Source‑to‑Pay processes, combining SAP Ariba’s cloud capabilities with S/4HANA Procurement.

This is a client‑facing role covering discovery, design, build, testing, and deployment across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities

Solution & Process Leadership

  • Lead end‑to‑end Source‑to‑Pay (S2P) process design across Sourcing, Supplier Management, Contracting, Buying, Goods Receipt, and Invoicing.

  • Own solution design across SAP Ariba (Buying & Invoicing, Sourcing, Contracts, SLP) and SAP S/4HANA Procurement/MM.

  • Define integration between Ariba and S/4HANA via CIG/BTP, ensuring seamless master data and transactional flow.

  • Support deployment of modern procurement capabilities including Guided Buying, Supplier Onboarding, Ariba Catalogues, and Contract Compliance.

Client Engagement

  • Lead Procurement S2P workshops; collaborate with Finance (AP), Supply Chain, and IT on cross‑functional touchpoints.

  • Advise Procurement leadership on best‑practice processes using SAP Ariba and S/4HANA.

  • Translate Procurement requirements into scalable SAP designs.

Delivery Leadership

  • Lead the Procurement S2P workstream through design, build, testing, cutover, and go‑live.

  • Coordinate with Supplier Enablement and Integration teams for onboarding and end‑to‑end testing.

  • Deliver within SAP Activate/agile frameworks; manage onshore/offshore collaboration to maintain quality.

Pre‑Sales & Internal Contribution

  • Support proposals, estimates, and RFPs for S2P scope.

  • Deliver Ariba/S/4HANA Procurement demos.

  • Contribute to accelerators, templates, and best‑practice assets.

Required Experience

  • Strong experience across SAP Ariba (one or more of: Buying & Invoicing, Sourcing, Contracts, SLP).

  • Solid functional background in SAP S/4HANA Procurement/MM, covering the full P2P lifecycle.

  • Experience in 1–2 full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementations (greenfield or brownfield), ideally leading P2P/S2P process areas.

  • Hands‑on exposure to Direct and Indirect Procurement, vendor master processes, approval strategies, and invoice handling.

  • Experience integrating Ariba with S/4HANA using CIG/BTP Integration Suite (desirable but not mandatory).

  • Ability to lead client‑facing activities from discovery through go‑live within a consulting/SI environment.

Technical & Functional Skills

  • Working knowledge of SAP Ariba modules - Ariba Buying & Invoicing, Ariba Sourcing, Ariba Contracts, Ariba Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP)

  • Understanding of Ariba–S/4HANA integration, including master data sync, PO/Invoice flows, and contract compliance.

  • SAP MM configuration knowledge: PR/PO, Service Entry Sheets, Goods Receipts, Invoice Verification.

  • Familiarity with Fiori Procurement apps, Central Procurement, and Self‑Service scenarios.

  • Awareness of E‑invoicing, tax compliance, and supplier onboarding flows.

  • Understanding of procurement trends such as contract lifecycle management, supplier risk awareness, and sustainable sourcing.

Soft Skills

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to interface confidently with senior procurement and finance stakeholders.

  • Ability to simplify and articulate complex procurement requirements into clear SAP designs.

  • Leadership of cross‑functional teams and mentoring of junior consultants.

  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and documentation abilities.

Methodologies & Tools

  • SAP Activate methodology (mandatory).

  • Experience with Agile delivery models.

  • Familiarity with Signavio, Solution Manager, JIRA/Confluence.

  • Understanding of DevOps concepts in SAP delivery (nice to have).

Certifications & Qualifications

  • SAP Ariba certification (Sourcing, Contracts, or Buying) — preferred.

  • SAP S/4HANA Sourcing & Procurement certification — desirable.

  • Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, or Information Technology.

  • CIPS or Lean Procurement credentials are a plus.
