Job Responsibilities: 

• Install and uninstall application packages across multiple environments. 

• Build, deploy, and validate application packages prior to release. 

• Perform testing to ensure package quality and compatibility before installation. 

• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Bash, Shell, Python, Ansible, etc. 

• Provide technical support to users and perform troubleshooting for environment- or deployment-related issues. 

Basic Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience. 

• 0 to 1+ year of hands-on experience with AWS services. 

• Working experience with Windows Server (2012, 2016) and Linux operating systems. 

• Proficiency in scripting languages: Bash, Shell, Python, and configuration automation tools such as Ansible. 

• Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker; Kubernetes is a plus. 

• Experience setting up or working in high-availability environments. 

• Good English communication skills (written and verbal). 

Other Qualifications 

• Strong organizational and time-management skills. 

• Effective communication skills for collaborating in a global, multicultural environment. 

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. 

• Adaptability to change and the ability to escalate issues when necessary.
