We are looking for a highly skilled System Engineer (Technical Documentation and Support) to join our dynamic team at Laird Vietnam in Bac Ninh. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the product information system. Your expertise will be vital in enhancing engineering procedures, maintaining rigorous control of technical documentation, and offering essential support for manufacturing documents and meetings. This position plays a key role in driving efficiency and fostering collaboration within our engineering team.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and monitor the product information in the system (BOM & Route, Drawings, Technical documents, etc.).

• Refine the procedures and workflows for engineering and standardize engineering tasks.

• Manage technical documents by establishing and controlling a numbering system for engineering documentation, including drawings, work instructions, and technical reports.

• Support engineers in issuing manufacturing documents according to engineering guidelines.

• Organize technical meetings, prepare meeting materials, and facilitate discussions.

• Act as a Chinese translator to support engineers during meetings with other sites in Chinese.

• Translate technical documents from Chinese to Vietnamese to help engineers comprehend the content.

Education & Experience

Required:

• Education Background: Graduated from university with a degree in Chinese language or a related field in Engineering.

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese.

• Work Experience: Familiar with manufacturing technical terminology and has experience working in a manufacturing company.
