We are looking for a talented and experienced Application Development Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the Latin American region and implementing suitable strategies for Tyvek® graphics industrial packaging, active packaging, medical packaging and healthcare segments. Your role will also involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring innovative solutions to our clients.

Your key responsibilities will be/what you’ll do:

- Conducting research and development of new ideas and innovations within the Tyvek® segments.

- Identifying and assessing customer needs.

- Designing and developing applications for customers.

- Managing the development of custom products and services for clients.

- Providing technical support to customers

- Lead technical webinars/workshops.

- Managing technical projects, including testing and validation of new products.

- Collaborating closely with other teams and regions to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Material Engineering, Chemistry, Industrial, or Mechanical.

- Proficiency in communication in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.

- Expertise in the Microsoft Office Suite.

- Knowledge of Project Management methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, and Spiral.

- Ability to innovate and adapt to a rapidly changing market and business environment.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Collaborative and results-driven, willing to take ownership of projects and see them through to completion.
