dunnhumby Norway AS is a joint venture between Coop Norge Handel AS and dunnhumby ltd. Based on the Customer First principle, we deliver customer insight and data-driven marketing for Coop and its suppliers. dunnhumby Norway has 40 employees in Norway and 15 employees in India.
We’re looking for a Research Lead to own delivery of Coop Member Panel projects delivering integrated attitudinal & behavioural insight in a compelling and actionable way.
The Coop Medlemspanel is one of Norway’s largest research panels with over 70,000 active members. The panel combines attitudinal and behavioural data to help Coop and suppliers understand the ‘why behind the buy’ while also giving Coop’s Members an active voice with Coop.
This is an exciting opportunity to further develop your research, analytical and consulting skills working with a unique data set, whilst also developing new insight skills supporting on a range of projects within our Customer Insight and Strategy capability.
You will have responsibility for end-to-end delivery of Medlemspanel projects, leading every aspect from survey targeting and questionnaire development to data analysis and delivery of the final reports. You will work closely with the Senior Capability Customer Strategy and Insight Consultant to support all aspects of panel management, health and development and also be involved in other projects using dunnhumby’s broader foundational insight solutions.
What we expect from you.
You will be required to have a strong understanding of research techniques and processes, using analytical expertise to pull out insights across different data sets and present these in a compelling and actionable way. You must be able to lead projects independently, whilst at the same time being a strong team player and relationship builder.
- Master’s degree (or equivalent) in business-related areas
- Have a recognised qualification in Market Research
- Have experience working with Market Research preferably within the Retail industry
- Have strong analytical skills being able to work hands-on with data and turn this into insight and recommendations
- Structured, result-oriented and aware of responsibility
- Curious and not afraid to challenge established truths
- A collaborative team player with ability to proactively lead and drive projects and initiatives
- Fluent in both Norwegian and English with good written skills
