Team Overview:
- Design and evolve enterprise-grade Master Data Management (MDM) platforms powering core business entities (e.g., customers, suppliers, leads, reference data).
- Address challenges in data quality, identity resolution, integration, and governance at scale.
- Build highly available, resilient systems that support both real-time and batch workloads across global regions.
- Collaborate with product, data, and platform teams to transform business needs into scalable technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and document end-to-end data flows, mappings, and dependencies across multiple systems and data platforms.

Reverse engineer legacy data processes and create transformation specifications to support migration to modern cloud-based platforms.

Drive data stewardship initiatives and establish data quality standards across systems and teams.
- Ability to design data models/data flows for optimal data processing
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver objective driven business solutions
- Provide analysis, insights, and recommendations to support business needs
- Stay current with emerging Generative AI technologies, tools, and best practices
Key Requirements:
- Data Analysis:
- Thorough knowledge and hands on experience with designing/analyzing data flow in data pipelines, mapping data across platforms
- Hands-on experience creating data transformation specifications clearly defining the rules for implementation team to map data between various data stores

Strong understanding of commercial data domains and the ability to translate customer data requirements into actionable data solutions.
- Hands-on experience with creating data lineage, Ontology, Reference data, data modelling, data transformations etc.
- Ability to build/use tools to compare data at both macro and micro level and derive insights to enable data migration
- Data stores & Querying
- Very strong SQL querying skills specifically GCP data stores (Big Table, Big Query).
- Advantage to have Mainframe knowledge (to assist in reviewing the data sets we will replace)
- Experience with Snowflake is preferable
- Experience with Data profiling, analyzing fill rates, comparing distribution of data attributes
- Data Stewardship:
- Knowledge and experience in frameworks/tools to measure and enforce data quality principles like integrity, consistency, accuracy
- Ability to report periodic data quality dashboards, derive and report data insights to aid stakeholders take informed decisions
- Others:

Experience leveraging AI-assisted tools to improve productivity, analysis, documentation, or data management processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Worked in a completely agile environment and used tools like JIRA, Confluence
- Exposure to cloud platforms, IDEs, version control repos like GitHub
- API related – JSON, XML, Postman, REST
