The Senior Quality Assurance Engineer ensures our software meets user and product needs.
The role creates and maintains project test plans, defines and tracks quality assurance metrics, collects and analyzes data for software process evaluation and improvements, and integrates them into business processes combining deep technical expertise in API and Integrations testing and Automation.
This role must show a passion for AI enabled Software Quality practices Leveraging modern AI tools to improve testing efficiency, accelerate release cycles, and enhance software reliability across complex enterprise integration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the team to ensure product quality in a fast-paced, agile environment. Take ownership of the testing of new features, bug fixes and other enhancements. Write and execute tests and perform data validation for multi-tiered, data-driven applications.
- Write and maintain automated UI, API and performance tests to enhance existing test suites, ensure application & environment stability, and increase the team’s efficiency & effectiveness.
- Proactively drive quality through collaboration, process improvement, innovative thinking, root cause analysis and experience.
- Support the product team during product deployments to ensure flawless releases with extreme quality.
- Ownership of QA activities such as functional, regression testing.
- Defines and tracks QA metrics such as defects, defect counts, test results and test status and responsible for product validation.
- Creates and maintains project test plans. Documents all problems and assists in their resolution.
- Collects and analyzes data for software process evaluation and improvements and integrates them into business processes to address the needs of the business.
- Use of automation at every opportunity to increase our overall efficiency, more effectively test, and to ensure ongoing application and environment stability.
Skills and/or Certifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field with 8+ years QA experience testing web applications.

Expertise in API and Integration Testing, including REST APIs, JSON/XML, OAuth, webhooks, event-driven architectures, and microservices.

Hands-on experience with automation frameworks and tools such as: Postman (required), Playwright (preferred), Selenium WebDriver, TestNG.

Proficiency in one or more programming languages, Python (preferred), Powershell or Java.

Familiarity with leveraging AI-powered quality engineering tools for testing, maintenance, defect analysis and productivity improvements, including GitHub CoPilot, CoPilot, Claude, Gemini.

Experience working with Agile development methodologies and test management platforms such as Jira, Zephyr scale, Confluence and Harness.

Working knowledge of SQL.
- Proficiency with Salesforce is preferred
