Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for the customer team, product management and fulfillment teams to ensure clear communication and flawless execution.
- Act as subject matter expert for D&B products and services as well as how to integrate D&B products and services into client systems. Billable services include data analysis and modeling, research services, management consulting, application design, hands-on integration assistance using D&B APIs, and other consulting efforts related to the implementation of complex solutions.
- Lead and direct the activities of a cross-functional fulfillment team to ensure project milestones are me according to contract terms and prescribed budget.
- Ensure flawless delivery of D&B products and services by monitoring the activities of cross-functional fulfillment teams.
- When required, provide hands-on assistance with customization of standard D&B products and services to meet specific customer requirements and training.
- Develop a detailed understanding of customer’s business requirements and position D&B to improve or add to current products and services through the identification of up-sell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Participate in or drive the development of project plans, comprehensive workflow for all phases of project, proposal review, presentation materials and development of the Statement of Work.
- Conduct customer-facing program reviews to communicate service performance, discuss and resolve service issues, and help customers meet their mission goals. Also responsible for creating, communicating, and maintaining Customer Engagement plans on all assigned accounts, customers, and programs.
- Attain fiscal responsibility within programs by balancing competitive customer pricing, resource allocation and internal costs of data, technology, and services.
- Interact regularly with Sales, Analytics, and Business Product teams to articulate the needs of large programs and support revenue growth.
- Identify, track, and mitigate customer related program risk.
- Establish program management standards including oversight of specific programs to ensure best methods and strategies applied.
- Provide professional, effective program management for our programmatic customers.
- Manage delivery of contracted data, analytics, products, and services in line with Statement of Work and contract performance requirements.
- Maintain program plan containing details regarding contract deliverables, stakeholder communication, project roadmap activities and risk tracking.
- Track and report performance of KPIs to measure the overall effectiveness of program.
Skills and/or Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 15 years relevant experience in program or project management, preferably in managing corresponding assigned operating unit.
- Proven experience managing large, complex programs with multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
- Experience working in matrixed, cross-functional environments.
- PMP or equivalent project/program management certification is required.
- Strong customer relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to manage large and high-complexity programs with multiple dependencies to ensure timely completion of deliverables and revenue recognition.
- Extensive experience in sensitive operations, leading teams with the appropriate level of operational security.
- Prior experience working within the national security sector.
- Ability to work collaboratively with Data Analysts and Economists to derive meaning from data and propose solutions and next steps.
- Experience managing multi-functional teams to refine and enhance collection postures for analytical coverage of key regions of national security interest.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, including engagement with senior client and internal leaders
- Solid understanding of data, analytics, and technology-enabled solutions.
- Experience gathering requirements, translating them into actionable plans, and working closely with analytics, engineering, and delivery teams.
- Ability to work standard business hours with flexibility as required by business needs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite skills.
