Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and conceptualize new data products tailored for the India market, with a strong focus on revenue potential, competitive benchmarking, and strategic data partnerships.
• Lead large-scale client projects, ensuring effective project planning, execution, and end-to-end delivery management.
• Manage and mentor a small team, driving team performance, tracking project milestones, and ensuring timely delivery of outputs.
• Contribute to automation initiatives by leveraging technical expertise to eliminate manual data processing and improve efficiency.
• Demonstrate strong hands-on expertise in Cloud platforms, Databricks, SQL, RDBMS, and programming languages such as PySpark and Python.

Key Requirements:

• Preferred work experience of 1–3 years in roles such as Data Operations Lead, Product Lead, Data Engineering Lead, or Project Manager
• Educational background in BE/BTech, MBA, or any relevant postgraduate qualification
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple stakeholders
• Prior experience in India market data operations within data startups, business information firms, credit rating agencies, or similar organizations
