Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Java-based enterprise applications using Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices.
• Develop and support cloud-enabled applications on AWS and Google Cloud Platform.
• Build and maintain integrations using Web Services, Oracle Service Bus, XML, XSL/XSLT, and FTL.
• Work with Oracle, MySQL, and Microsoft SQL Server for application development, query optimization, and performance tuning.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, automation scripts, deployments, troubleshooting, and production issue resolution.
• Collaborate with product, QA, DevOps, architecture, and business stakeholders in an Agile delivery environment.
• Demonstrate the ability to work on multiple applications and priorities in parallel, while maintaining delivery quality, responsiveness, and clear communication.
• Use AI-assisted tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, and Gemini Code Assist to improve productivity, quality, testing, and documentation.

Key Skills:

• Backend Engineering: Java 1.8+, J2EE, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices.
• Cloud and DevOps: AWS, Jenkins CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-based application support (GCP good to have).
• Database: Oracle, MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, SQL development, query optimization, and performance tuning.
• Integration: Web Services, Oracle Service Bus(good to have), XML, XSL/XSLT, FTL, JBoss, and Apache Tomcat.
• Tools: Shell Scripting, Jira, Confluence, Agile delivery, and technical documentation.
• AI-Assisted Engineering: GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Gemini Code Assist, or similar tools.
• Preferred Exposure: Terraform, Angular, Python, Hadoop, or Scala.
