As the Senior Manager, Digital and Social Content, you’ll have the unique opportunity to shape i-Health’s digital presence and make a lasting impact on consumers’ health journeys. Leading a team of content managers and designers, you’ll craft innovative content strategies that bring our trusted brands—Culturelle®, Lacteol®, AZO®, and Estroven®—to life, fostering authentic connections and building brand loyalty. Your work will drive high-quality engagement across social media, websites, and email campaigns staying ahead of trends to keep our brands at the forefront. Partnering with Marketing and Digital Commerce teams, you’ll use data-driven insights to refine strategies, maximize engagement, and deliver measurable results.   • Develop comprehensive content strategies and roadmaps aligned with brand objectives, market trends, competitor strategies, and consumer behavior
  • Leverage keyword research to optimize content for SEO
  • Plan content distribution across all digital and social channels
  • Lead the creation of engaging, high-quality content for various digital channels, including social media, websites, and email campaigns
  • Manage a team of content creators and content managers, providing guidance and ensuring consistent brand voice across all platforms
  • Analyze content performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize engagement and ROI

You bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred plus a minimum of 5 years of experience in digital content strategy, creation, and design, including developing strategies for consumer brands in the fast-moving consumer goods sector.
  • Proven success in managing organic social media accounts, improving engagement, and driving follower growth.
  • Leadership experience with a track record of developing and managing teams effectively.
  • Proficiency in design and content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, video editing) and a strong understanding of social media trends, content formats, and platform algorithms.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess content performance and optimize strategies using data-driven insights.
  • Exceptional collaboration and time management abilities, adept at handling multiple projects and shifting deadlines while delivering visually compelling, on-brand digital content.
