Manager Bureau d'Études & Travaux Neufs - Industrie (H/F/X)

Localisation : Seclin (Proche Lille – 59)

Mission

Piloter le Bureau d'Études et les projets d'investissement afin d'accompagner la croissance et la transformation du site de Seclin (59) en garantissant la sécurité, la performance industrielle, la qualité et le respect des budgets & délais.
Site de Seclin : Production d'enzymes (fermentation, séparation, produits liquides et granulés)

Responsabilités clés

• Management d'une équipe de 15 à 20 personnes (PM internes et externes)
• Pilotage d'un portefeuille CAPEX stratégique supérieur à 5 M€/an
• Validation des études techniques et conformité réglementaire
• Intégration des exigences HSE dans l'ensemble des projets
• Coordination transverse avec Production, Automatisation, Maintenance, Qualité, HSE, R&D et fonctions globales

Votre profil 

• Profil ingénieur industriel, agroalimentaire, biotechnologie ou similaire
• Minimum 7-10 ans d'expérience sur un poste similaire en industrie agroalimentaire ou chimique, obligatoire
• Expertise en gestion de projets industriels et investissements CAPEX
• Fortes valeurs collaboratives & HSE (« safety first »)
• Leadership hiérarchique et transverse dans un environnement matriciel international
• Français et Anglais courants
