Lead data and AI platforms that help Customer & Consumer teams turn insights into better decisions, faster. In this role, you will shape practical, reusable capabilities that enable stronger product, research, and innovation outcomes. Working across functions, you will improve adoption, quality, and measurable business impact while helping scale data and AI capabilities across the organization.
Your key responsibilities
- Lead the Customer & Consumer Data & AI platform roadmap, translating business and research needs into clear product priorities
- Partner with Product Owners, Data & AI teams, and business stakeholders to deliver reusable data products and AI-enabled capabilities
- Drive delivery excellence, prioritization, and success measures across squads supporting the Customer & Consumer delivery pipeline
- Strengthen data quality, governance, security, privacy, and responsible AI practices in line with company standards
- Drive adoption through effective ways of working, clear communication, and practical support for users
- Track outcomes such as faster insight generation, improved decision quality, increased reuse, and enhanced reproducibility

You bring
- 6+ years of experience in product management, data platforms, digital products, analytics, or AI-enabled solutions
- Experience translating business, product, or research needs into clear data product roadmaps and delivery priorities
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align technical teams and business users around practical outcomes
- Understanding of data governance, privacy, security, data quality, and responsible AI principles
- A mindset focused on innovation, continuous improvement, and sustainable impact
- Curiosity, collaboration, and a strong focus on delivering value for stakeholders and customers
