As our Digital & Tech, Mergers & Acquisitions Director you will be responsible for defining the IT architecture for the acquired companies in coordination with architecture. Involves taking the technical direction from each IT department and defining a holistic solution, and then executing across those departments to achieve stated goals.

Your Key Responsibilities: 

• As IS M&A Integration lead overseeing the initial IT integration planning and execution from beginning to end with close collaboration with our business colleagues.
• Assessing Integration/divestiture projects milestones, interdependencies, effort estimations, budget and communicating to top management.
• Working with M&A portfolio manager to ensure allocation and prioritization of shared resources.
• Defining Applications transition plans, activities, and contingency plans and interdependencies with Infrastructure
• Be our point of contact for M&A related topics with Business Strategy teams and D&T Digital Partners. 
• Report on progress and provide regular updates to the Executive Leadership Team and various M&A Steering committees.
• Managing the level of risk in the project and implementing effective change control.
• Management of Teams, Partner and engagement with senior stakeholders.
• Share IT M&A best practice with other IT members across the Regions to build regional/internal knowledge.

You Bring:

• Minimum of 15 years of IT Projects, and multiple Integration/Implementation experience. Including S4Hana Implementation.
• Strong E2E knowledge in SAP, overall IT implementation methodology and chemical business knowledge. Best practices with proven record of delivered secure and modern End-User environments.
• Demonstratable ability to negotiate and shape a solution including understanding cost and risk.
• Experience in leading IT teams and partner with Business Management.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills as well as good organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university
