Professional management and leadership of a technical test equipment team for the company, working with subcontractors, with responsibility for the installation, maintenance, calibration, and operation of electromechanical systems and control equipment.

The role includes working with engineering, production, and quality interfaces, maintaining a high level of performance, meeting schedules, and ensuring ongoing coordination with relevant stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading the technical test equipment team at subcontractors on behalf of RADA.
• Assigning tasks, monitoring execution, tracking progress, and providing professional support.
• Responsibility for assembly, integration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electromechanical systems.
• Working with engineering, production, quality, and operations teams at RADA and its subcontractors.
• Maintaining order, organization, accuracy, and achievement of objectives.
• Leading the team to meet quality, availability, and operational requirements.

Requirements

• Experience in maintaining integrated hardware/software test systems — must.
• Electronics technician / Electronics engineer — must.
• Knowledge of RF systems — must.
• (Includes integration of integrated test systems, software, hardware, cabling, and RF instrumentation.)
• Familiarity with LabVIEW, C, or Python programming — must.
• Ability to investigate an issue until a solution is found, including troubleshooting and fault isolation.
