What You'll Do

As a Back End Engineer at Droxi, you’ll take on a pivotal role within our team, with significant responsibilities and opportunities to make a real impact. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Design, develop, and manage server-side applications that handle complex data and ensure optimal performance.
• Work closely with Data Scientists to build and maintain the server-side infrastructure crucial for our large language model (LLM) product.
• Architect and optimize databases to efficiently manage and store critical data for our AI systems.
• Engage with Data Scientists, Product Managers, and other team members to understand requirements and deliver scalable, impactful solutions.
• Take ownership of projects with a proactive mindset, offering valuable input and leading initiatives to enhance our technology.

Requirements

Who you are

• A software Developer with at least 5 Years of experience in Python.
• Strong knowledge of Back-End Development, Software Development, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
• Ability to design, develop, and maintain scalable server-side applications and databases
• Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and system architecture
• Experience with version control systems and agile development methodologies
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field

It’s great if you have also: Relevant skills and qualifications in cloud computing, healthcare systems, and AI technologies are highly beneficial.

Work Environment & Location

At Droxi, we value flexibility and collaboration. Our office is conveniently located in Ramat Gan, just a 2-minutes walk from Savidor train station, making it easily accessible. We generally prefer to work from the office three times a week to foster team collaboration and connection, but we’re open to discussing arrangements that work best for you.
