Senior Professional Municipal Engineer Civil/Environmental

Responsibilities

• Project Management: Lead and manage engineering projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project requirements, schedules, and budgets. Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to identify project goals, develop strategies, and monitor progress. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Design and Analysis: Perform complex engineering design and analysis tasks, utilizing advanced software tools and methodologies. Prepare detailed engineering plans, specifications, and cost estimates for various projects, including infrastructure, utilities, and site development. Conduct feasibility studies, evaluate design alternatives, and recommend optimal solutions.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews and assessments of engineering designs, calculations, and reports to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and client requirements. Implement quality control processes and procedures to maintain high standards of work. Address any identified deficiencies and recommend corrective actions as necessary.
• Client Collaboration: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives. Act as a primary point of contact, providing regular project updates and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
