Responsibilities:
- Lead DevOps team (5-7), providing technical guidance and fostering best practices.
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines using technologies such as GitHub, Jenkins, Artifactory, Docker, Kubernetes, Argo-CD and Ansible.
- Oversee installation, upgrades, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of infrastructure components.
- Manage cloud cost
- Manage integration of tools and services to optimize workflows and ensure smooth development and deployment processes.
- Support cross-functional development teams.
- Drive automation, optimization, and continuous improvement of tools and processes.
- Maintain and create clear, up-to-date technical documentation.
- Gather requirements from internal stakeholders and translate them into DevOps implementations.
- Handle security-related issues and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer in a software development environment.
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership role.
- Proven experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines
- Highly proficient with Linux (Admin level) – a must!
- Experience with AWS services including ECS/EKS, Lambda, RDS, VPC, IAM
- Cost optimization strategies and FinOps implementation
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals and security best practices.
- Hands-on experience with the DevOps stack: Jenkins, Terraform, Kubernetes, Ansible, Docker, GitHub, Prometheus.
- Experience with GitOps workflows
- Maven/Gradle and running java applications
- Github actions
- Proficiency in Python, Bash, or Groovy scripting.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive, self-learning attitude.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Service-oriented mindset.
- Full professional proficiency in English — both written and verbal.
