• 8+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of end-to-end ownership
• AI-forward mindset, you build with and on top of AI as a core part of your workflow, not an afterthought
• Full-stack capability with comfort owning architecture, infrastructure, and deployment
• Experience shipping production systems at scale with real users and real stakes
• Strong technical instincts, you push for simpler designs, good observability, and strong engineering culture
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and moving fast in early-stage environments

• End-to-end ownership across product, infra, and architecture
• Work directly with founders and small teams, no layers, no bureaucracy
• Ship fast, iterate, and have a real say in technical direction
• Build AI-native features, integrations, and systems from the ground up
