This is not a listing for an internal role at Dragonfly. We're actively sourcing for product roles across multiple portfolio companies in the payments space. Roles span from mid-level IC to senior leadership. All require someone commercially minded, startup scrappy, and deeply fluent in payments.
Location: London or NYC
What We’re Looking For:
- Payments domain expertise, non-negotiable
- Startup experience, comfortable with ambiguity and moving fast
- Commercially minded, you think about revenue and business outcomes, not just product
- Strong operator instincts, able to go from strategy to execution without hand-holding
Process:
- We’ll confidentially match you with portfolio companies aligned with your experience, focus, and interests
- If mutual interest exists between you and a team, we’ll facilitate a warm introduction
- If there isn’t a match today, we’ll keep you top of mind for future opportunities
Compensation
- Early: $95,000–$130,000
- Mid: $130,000–$190,000
- Senior: $180,000–$250,000
The compensation range reflects variation by seniority, location, and hiring company. Final compensation is confirmed with the specific hiring company.
