DashMart is a rapidly growing business vertical within DoorDash, that operates micro-fulfillment centers throughout the United States. We offer fresh & local groceries and household essential items to our customers and do so reliably and rapidly. The SiteOps Enablement team supports DashMart ventures by managing organizational change and comms, providing best-in-class training, and empowering our Local Ops Leaders and Operators. 

About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and data-driven individual to join our team as a Senior Learning Data Analyst providing insights on training adoption and effectiveness to continually improve our strategy. You will be responsible for designing measurement strategies to analyze the impact of our training programs on key people metrics such as employee performance, time to proficiency, and overall business outcomes. You will report to the Associate Manager of Learning & Development at DashMart, within the broader SiteOps Enablement organization. 

The Senior Learning Data Analyst, will play a pivotal role in supporting our training initiatives and enhancing the learning experience across the organization. This individual will act as a training analyst, Learning Management System (LMS) administrator, and key contributor in researching and implementing tools and products to optimize the training experience for the teams we serve.

In this role, you will 1/ assess training needs to identify gaps and opportunities, 2/ develop metrics to measure training effectiveness, 3/ work closely with stakeholders to create customized learning solutions, 4/ oversee daily operations of the Learning Management System (LMS), including user support, content updates, and compliance reporting, 5/ research, evaluate, and implement new tools to improve the training experience and integrate them seamlessly with existing systems, and 6/ collaborate with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to design engaging training materials, provide best practice guidance, and promote a culture of continuous learning and development throughout the organization.

This role will work closely with our instructional designers, employee experience, site ops leadership, change management, and other stakeholders to measure the success and long-term impact of our training programs. We expect this role to be hybrid with some time in-office and some time remote, anchored to whichever corporate office you are closest to.

  • Design our team-wide measurement methodology and implement a scaled approach to analyzing the reach and impact of our core training programs.
  • Conduct comprehensive analyses of the impacts of training program participation on performance, time to proficiency, advancement, and business outcomes.
  • Conduct needs assessments, identify training gaps, and develop solutions that make a meaningful impact.
  • Use your expert analytical skills combined with your strong communication skills to present training insights to stakeholders across various stakeholder teams.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive database and dashboards of training program results to track progress, report on impact, and identify trends to inform our strategy.
  • Design and conduct surveys, focus groups, and other research methods to gather data on the quality, relevance, and business impact of our training programs.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to team leadership based on data analysis.
  • Evaluate market trends to inform our measurement strategy.
  • Stay up-to-date with learning technologies and methodologies to evaluate and recommend tools and platforms that enhance the training experience for diverse teams.
  • Manage our Learning Management Systems (LMS) and ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including user support and troubleshooting.

We are excited about you because...

  • Have a bachelor's degree with 5+ years, a Master’s degree with 3+ years, or a Ph.D. with demonstrated relevant experience in a field of quantitative social science, instructional design, education, or human resources
  • Have experience in people-centered analytics (learning & development, employee experience, employee engagement, or related HR fields).
  • Have proven expertise in program measurement and evaluation, including impact measurement, evaluating program effectiveness, and developing new metrics/measures. 
  • Have proficiency in statistics, including probability, A/B testing, linear regressions, and fundamentals of experiment design. 
  • Have demonstrated familiarity with Qualtrics/Alchemer, SQL and computational programming languages (e.g., R, Python)
  • Have strong experience in survey design and analysis techniques to measure employee satisfaction, knowledge utilization, and business impact.
  • Have experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and/or other learning technologies.
  • Bring familiarity with e-learning tools like Articulate 360, adding value to the creation of engaging training content.
  • Have strong data visualization skills and are able to effectively present those findings to cross-functional partners and senior leaders with varying levels of technical expertise.
  • Demonstrated expertise in independently producing written documents describing analyses from start to finish.
  • Have strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Have the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments and can adapt to changing business needs.
  • You are comfortable with ambiguity and can work with stakeholders to find the right questions as well as the right answers.

Compensation

The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.  Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.

In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants. Talk to your recruiter for more information.

The base pay for this position ranges from our lowest geographical market up to our highest geographical market within the United States.
