- Be a technical escalation point for partners and internal teams
- Help partners resolve technical issues within their payments integrations
- Work with partners on the rollout of new solutions, with a focus of the technical implementation
- Work with both internal and external stakeholders and teams to drive operational improvements between both companies
- Help maintain knowledge-bases for the Partner Technology Team
- Help to close feedback loops from our partners and customers to internal teams
- Discover process inefficiencies and work proactively to streamline them
- Work cross-functionally to drive and deliver issue resolution for partners
- Assist partners in setting up enterprise customers
- Have pre-sales meeting with the partners to explain them our product.
- Customer and / or partner facing experience in a technical environment
- A basic understanding of APIs and software integrations
- A clear history of complex issue resolution
- Ability to work effectively cross-functionally, both internally and externally
- A logical and organised approach to problem-solving
- Strong communication skills for simplifying complex ideas for the partners.
- Commercial oriented and technical pre-sales cycle management
- Concise data and information gathering, to provide necessary context to partners, customers or internal teams
