Senior Full Stack Developers - CFR

Location: Mexico City, Mexico City, Mexico; Hybrid

DNV is seeking two fixed-term, senior level Full Stack Developers based in Mexico to accelerate development of the next generation of Cascade Facility Ratings (CFR), a business application supporting facility-rating workflows. You will work across a modern web application, delivering backend services, user-facing features, and integrations as part of a distributed product team.

The work will contribute to a demo release and an initial production-grade release. Our teams are small, collaborative, and quality-focused, so your technical judgment, communication, and contribution will matter from the start.

• Core contributor developing and maintaining backend services and APIs using C# and ASP.NET Core.
• Create and extend web user interfaces using Vue framework, HTML, CSS/SCSS, JavaScript/Typescript.
• Translate product requirements into maintainable domain, application, persistence, API, and UI changes in a layered Clean Architecture solution.
• Integrate frontend and backend services, including REST APIs, OpenAPI-based contracts, and generated TypeScript clients.
• Design, write, and maintain automated tests, including unit tests; contribute to integration, UI, and end-to-end coverage as appropriate.
• Apply secure coding practices throughout design, implementation, peer review, and defect remediation.
• Use AI-assisted development tools thoughtfully to improve delivery effectiveness while validating outputs, protecting sensitive information, and maintaining engineering accountability.
