Disneyland Paris adapte sa stratégie commerciale pour améliorer sa performance et proposer une expérience unique à ses visiteurs. 

Dans ce cadre, nous sommes à la recherche d'un Agile Project Manager F/H/NB pour rejoindre les équipes.

Vos Missions ?

  • Conduite de cérémonies agiles (quotidiennes, planification de sprint, démo, rétro...)

  •    Supervision des objectifs PI en cours

  •    Gestion des dépendances entre la squad et d'autres Squads/services partagés

  •    Assurer la préparation de la squad pour le prochain PI Planning (sujets, ressources...)

  •    Amélioration continue de l'équipe (processus agiles, vélocité, prévisibilité)

  •    Suivi de la prévisibilité

  •    Gestion de la cohérence du référentiel Jira pour l'équipe

  •    Facilitation / résolution des défis de l'équipe

  •    Rapports de gestion (statut, progrès, risques)

  •    Gestion du budget de l'équipe (mises à jour mensuelles / suivi, participation au dimensionnement)

  •    Coordination des incidents de production de l'équipe

  •    Assurer une bonne compréhension entre le produit, le développement et les tests

  •    Participation à la planification des releases de la squad

  •    Participation aux phases de calcul des coûts

Vos atouts pour réussir ?

  • Vous êtes idéalement titulaire d'un Bac+5 en informatique avec une expérience d'au moins 5 ans en gestion de projets dans un environnement Agile

  • Vous avez déjà encadré des équipes techniques ou non techniques

  • Vous avez déjà travaillé sur des projets Web

  • Vous êtes à l'aise avec Jira, Slack, Teams et Confluence

  • Vous avez déjà travaillé sur des projets en mode Agile et connaissez la méthodologie SAFE

  • Vous avez l'habitude de travailler dans un environnement international et multiculturel

  • Vous avez l'habitude de travailler avec des profils variés ( tech, digital , support)

  • Vous savez travailler en autonomie et être force de proposition
