Job Location: Riverwoods, IL
Job Type: Full Time
Duties: Analyze, design, code, test, and deploy new user stories and product features with high quality (security, reliability, operations) to production. Understands the software development lifecycle and leverages critical thinking skills to properly evaluate features and functionality. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies.
Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or Application Engineer-related occupation.
Position required skills: Position requires experience in the following skillsets: JAVA, J2EE, Servlets, JSP, Spring Framework, and Hibernate; Web application development using frontend technologies HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Typescript, and Node JS; Relational databases Oracle SQL or PostgreSQL; Data Driven Testing, Cross Browser Testing, Integration and Unit Testing of the application; Provide Customer Support for the application issues by debugging and analyzing; Building and Deploying Applications on Web Application Servers using CI, and CD Devops pipelines; Version Control Tools, SonarQube, Postman, Putty, and Linux; Create Process Flow diagrams and Prototypes using Visio; Design Patterns for a robust application design; AGILE environment to deliver Change Requests and defects.
Position eligible for incentives under Employee Referral Program
Rate of Pay: The base pay for this position generally ranges between $102,690 to $146,100. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
