About Darley Technologies: We're building a next-generation trading platform from the ground up, and we're looking for a Rust developer who cares about squeezing every last bit of performance out of a system. If low-latency code and next-gen trading strategies excite you, come build with us in Zug.

Location: Zug, Switzerland

What you'll do

• Architect and build new components in Rust, designed for low latency and correctness
• Develop trading strategies across crypto and traditional markets, using modern tooling to compete in global markets
• Continuously refine our codebase for peak performance

Requirements

What you bring

• Expertise in Rust with a proven track record on substantial projects (GitHub contributions or similar), or equivalent experience with C/C++
• Working knowledge of Python and/or C is a strong plus
• An eye for clean, maintainable architecture
• Comfort with the basics of Linux, Docker, and networking
• A self-starter attitude — happy to wear many hats and drive things end-to-end
