Purpose of the role:

Lead the Commercial Analytics capability for Global Travel, developing advanced analytics, digital solutions and AI-enabled capabilities that enhance commercial decision-making and business performance. Partner with Commercial, Revenue Growth Management, Finance, GBS and Digital teams to identify strategic opportunities and develop analytical solutions that support commercial priorities across Global Travel. 

Key Accountabilities:

• Define and lead the Commercial Analytics roadmap, identifying opportunities to enhance commercial decision-making through advanced analytics, digital solutions and emerging technologies aligned with Global Travel's business priorities. 

• Lead the design and development of commercial analytics, Power BI dashboards and self-service solutions that support commercial decision-making across areas such as sales execution, pricing, customer performance, commercial investment and category performance. Establish analytical standards and promote best practices that improve commercial insight and business performance. 

• Develop and implement analytical and digital solutions, leveraging AI, Copilot and automation where appropriate to enhance commercial insights, improve efficiency and support business decision-making. 

• Partner with Commercial, Revenue Growth Management, Finance and Customer Marketing teams to understand strategic business priorities, translate complex commercial challenges into analytical solutions and influence decision-making through data-driven insights. 

• Evaluate emerging analytical approaches and digital capabilities, leading proof-of-concepts where appropriate to strengthen commercial analytics and support future business priorities.

Qualifications and Experience Required:

 

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related discipline. 

• 7+ years' experience in commercial analytics, business intelligence, digital transformation or data analytics within a complex commercial environment. 

• Demonstrated experience leading the design and development of advanced analytics, Power BI dashboards and self-service reporting solutions that support commercial decision-making. 

• Experience defining analytical priorities and translating business requirements into scalable digital, analytical and automation solutions. 

• Strong understanding of Commercial, Revenue Growth Management, pricing and business performance analytics. 

• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, Copilot, AI-enabled technologies or similar digital platforms. 

• Demonstrated experience influencing senior stakeholders, leading cross-functional initiatives and driving business adoption of digital capabilities.
