Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring scope, timeline, budget, and quality objectives are achieved.
• Manage project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure activities across multiple stakeholders.
• Identify project risks and issues proactively and develop mitigation plans to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Facilitate project governance meetings and provide regular progress updates to management and customers.
• Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into actionable project plans and deliverables.
• Support change management activities and ensure smooth adoption of new processes, systems, or operational models.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives and support business growth through successful project implementation.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 - 10 years of experience in Operations (Logistics/Supply Chain Operations preferred)
• Project management experience is preferred.
• Positive mindset with strong leadership and team management skills
• Valid driver's license
• Proficiency in English communication (both written and spoken)
