• Collaborate with the team to gather, analyze, and interpret service quality and operational data from various sources.
• Support the development of dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to provide actionable business insights.
• Assist in building and enhancing AI-powered solutions, automation workflows, and proof-of-concepts using modern technologies.
• Apply data analysis, data modeling, and analytical techniques to support service management and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Research emerging AI technologies, Generative AI use cases, and automation opportunities within IT operations.
• Support incident, problem, and service performance analysis to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Actively share knowledge, ideas, and lessons learned with team members and stakeholders.
• Participate in global projects and collaborate with international teams across DHL IT Services.

 Requirements: 

• Candidate must possess or currently be pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Current Academic Result: CGPA > 3.0 / 2nd Class Upper (Hons).
• Required skills:
  • Data Analytics
  • Python
  • SQL
• Preferred skills:
  • Power BI
  • Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
  • AI / Machine Learning / Generative AI tools
  • Basic understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM)
• Required language(s): English
• Internship period of minimum 3 months
• Applicants must be willing to work in Cyberjaya

My team focuses on leveraging data analytics, service management best practices, automation, and Artificial Intelligence to enhance service quality, operational efficiency, and customer experience across DHL's global IT landscape.
