As a Senior Quality Assurance Officer at DHL, you will provide support to the business to ensure quality management systems comply with standards and regulatory obligations. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment where you will have the autonomy to make decisions whilst we support your professional growth. Your duties will include: 

• Maintain and monitor QA site and client relationships
• Supervise and mentor QA officers
• QA support of day to day activities and operations
• Ensure GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) are maintained
• Support and conduct on-site audits
• Internal and External stakeholder communications
• Collect and compile statistical quality data
• Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions

You have the following qualities & qualifications:

• 3-5 years quality &/or operational experience in healthcare / pharmaceutical / food or logistics industries
• High level knowledge of the Australian Code of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Good Distribution Practices (GDP)
• Bachelor of Science or equivalent qualification
• Internal or external audit experience
• GxP, CAPA, Change Control experience
• Superior interpersonal and influencing skills
• Understanding of Quality Management principles
• Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency with Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to write and present management reports based on statistical analysis
• Superior verbal and written communication skills
• Security clearance is a requirement for this role
