At DHL Supply Chain Valencia Center of Excellence (Alfafar), we're looking for a Data Analyst Manager who is passionate about transforming data into business value, shaping analytics strategy, and leading high-performing teams across complex international logistics operations.

What will you do?

As our Data Analyst Manager, you will be responsible for leading the Data Analytics function across multiple accounts, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality analytics, reporting, automation, and continuous improvement solutions. You will play a key role in helping our customers and internal stakeholders make data-driven decisions while developing and empowering a growing team of analytics professionals.

You'll be responsible for:

• Leading, developing and mentoring Data Analytics Leads and Analysts across multiple accounts and projects
• Defining and executing the Data Analytics strategy aligned with business objectives and customer expectations
• Driving business transformation, process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives through analytics and automation
• Overseeing the delivery of reporting, business intelligence and digital solutions across the organization
• Ensuring excellence in Data Governance, Master Data Management and Data Quality practices
• Managing resource planning, workload prioritization and capacity across the Data Analytics team
• Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders, customers and cross-functional teams
• Supporting new business opportunities, customer implementations and solution design activities
• Collaborating with IT, Operations and Product teams to define reporting architecture, data models and technology roadmaps
• Driving innovation through analytics, AI, automation and digital transformation initiatives
• Establishing standards, methodologies and best practices across the Data Analytics function
• Overseeing project portfolios and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery of analytics initiatives

Required qualifications

✔ University degree, preferably in Engineering, Data Science, Business Analytics or a related discipline

✔ Proven experience managing Data Analytics, Business Intelligence or Data Science teams

✔ Strong leadership experience with the ability to develop high-performing teams

✔ Experience defining analytics strategies and leading transformation initiatives

✔ Strong background in Business Process Design, Continuous Improvement and Data-Driven Decision Making

✔ Advanced stakeholder management skills, including customer-facing experience

✔ Experience managing multiple projects, priorities and resources in complex international environments

✔ Knowledge of KPI frameworks, performance management methodologies and data governance principles

✔ Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills

✔ Experience with analytics, automation and AI-driven business solutions
