As a DevOps Engineer, you will be at the center of this journey! You will configure, deploy and maintain infrastructure operations of our critical lifecycle and test platforms - mainly Jira and Confluence, but also qTest, Figma, API Dog, Opentext Quality Center or Loadrunner etc., which are serving thousands of engineering and management colleagues within the company. You will work with a team of highly skilled and engaged colleagues in multiple locations, bring new automation ideas to life and find ways how we can continuously bring more resiliency, scalability, and security into our services.

Major responsibilities:

  • User Management: Create and manage user accounts and permissions.
  • Space Configuration: Set up and customize Jira and Confluence spaces.
  • System Administration: Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and apply updates.
  • Automation: Implement automation rules to streamline workflows.
  • Reporting and Dashboards: Create custom dashboards and reports using JQL.
  • Plugins support: XRAY, BigPicture, BigTemplate, RichFilters, DrawIO, others
  • Integration Management: Integrate Jira and Confluence with other tools and applications.
  • Customization: Develop custom fields, workflows, and Confluence templates.
  • Feedback and Improvement: Gather user feedback and implement enhancements.
  • Platform Management: Oversee upgrades, provide support, and contribute to the further development of our suite of tools.
  • Scripting and Task Automation: Utilize bash, shell, Powershell, and Groovy, Javascript, Java for in-house build modules, consumption scripts and task automation.
  • Infrastructure Management: Manage the infrastructure, ensuring its stability and efficiency including on-call support.
  • Migration support: Supporting the cloud migration activities.
  • Training, Consulting and Documentation: Provide user training, consultancy, requirement collection and process documentation.
  • Best Practices: Promote best practices and ensure compliance with policies.

As a DevOps Engineer, having strong technical background, experience with administration of Jira and Confluence Cloud, application support and SQL and Java programming is a huge plus.

You have can-do attitude, open mindset, you are able to work independently, prioritize and organize your tasks. Working in a multinational environment, you can expect cross-region collaboration with teams around the globe, thus being advanced in spoken and written English will be certainly useful.
