Meet the team:
This position reports to the Business Transformation Operational Excellence Tower in Manila, with functional reporting to the Intelligent Automation team based in San Diego. Our talented group consists of Program Managers in the US, RPA Developers in Lithuania, and Support team from Manila which collaborates with stakeholders from around the globe. It is a true testament to the company’s multicultural diversity. A great opportunity too to work in a global company.

Where you come in:
•    You will be responsible in designing, building, and implementing solutions using UiPath, with a primary emphasis on robotic process automation (RPA) and AI/ML integration.
•    You will create efficient, intelligent automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency and meet business requirements.  
•    This post will include secondary responsibilities in supporting and enhancing Microsoft Power Platform solutions as needed.

What makes you successful:
•    You have a strong understanding and experience in integrating AI/ML models into automation workflows.
•    You have proven experience in developing solutions using UIPath.
•    You are proficient in using UIPath for creating workflows, automations, and process improvements. 
•    You are experienced in data integration and connecting external data sources.
•    You must have basic coding skills in languages like Python, JavaScript, or other relevant languages for UiPath development.
•    You are experienced with Microsoft Power Platform including Power Apps, and Power Automate.
•    You must have excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
•    You must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
•    You may be a UIPath Certified Professional or other UIPath-specific certifications.
•    You are familiar with Agile development methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Confluence.
