Become an essential member of the Dexcom Finance Systems team, where you'll play a pivotal role in administering and supporting various Finance applications and data. With your strong technical acumen, analytical skills, and solid understanding of Accounting and Financial Reporting, you'll contribute to maintaining system integrations, ensuring data integrity, and enhancing reporting accuracy. Where you come in

• Ensure seamless financial planning and reporting by maintaining data integrations for both corporate and regional Dexcom finance.
• Conduct data reconciliations between Finance Systems to uphold data integrity.
• Implement consistent procedures, processes, and change controls throughout Finance to preserve system integrity.
• Collaborate with the US Financial Systems Administrators to provide support for Oracle EPM Cloud Applications, including EPBCS, FCCS, and Tableau reporting.
• Perform User Acceptance Testing and validation of system changes for finance systems.
• Respond to and resolve requests from team members and Service Now tickets regarding user access and set-up.
• Assist in validations, research anomalies, and resolve issues during monthly close, budget/forecast periods.
• Engage significantly with US finance system administrators and the manager of finance systems.
• Handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively, showcasing your excellent organizational skills.
• Demonstrate a high degree of detailed accuracy and accountability in your work, ensuring optimal outcomes.

What makes you successful

• Bring 10 to 15 years of total relevant experience within finance or accounting, with a specific focus on financial systems for at least 5 years.
• Possess a BA/BS in Accounting, Business Admin, or Management Information Systems.
• Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex information.
• Showcase strong Excel skills and experience with finance systems and database queries.
• Understand the functional aspects of Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reporting.
• Familiarity with SQL, Essbase, Oracle ERP, Oracle ERP Cloud, and Oracle EPM software and systems.
• Prioritize and manage your workload independently, demonstrating your ability to thrive in a self-directed environment.
• Knowledge of Financial Close Cloud Services (FCCS) or Oracle/Hyperion Planning solutions, as well as experience in building Tableau Reports and interpreting end-user reporting requirements.
