As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you’ll be at the heart of transforming business requirements into scalable, high-impact solutions. Where you come in:
You design, develop, and implement custom solutions on the Salesforce platform to meet evolving business needs.
You build applications using declarative tools and programmatic development, including Apex, Flow Builder, and Lightning Web Components.
You manage integrations with other enterprise systems using APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk, Streaming) and middleware technologies.
You evaluate AppExchange solutions and provide strategic recommendations on build vs. buy decisions.
You stay current with Salesforce’s triannual releases and proactively apply new features to enhance platform capabilities.
You contribute to Agile delivery cycles, participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
You follow Salesforce development best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
You support and troubleshoot existing Salesforce solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
You participate in code reviews and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
What makes you successful:
You have at least 3 years of hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform.
You hold a Platform Developer I or Administrator certification; Platform Developer II is a strong plus.
You bring solid experience working with enterprise application architectures and integration technologies.
Your proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow Builder enables you to build robust and scalable solutions.
You are a team player with strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
Your understanding of Salesforce data models and security principles ensures reliable and secure implementations.
Nice to have: Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and AppExchange products; Agile/Scrum methodology; advanced certifications.

Experience and Education Requirements:
Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline, and a minimum of 5-8 years related experience or Master’s degree and 2-5 years equivalent industry experience or a PhD and 0-2 years experience.
