About Dexcom’s Summer Intern Program:

Looking to spend your summer working with innovative technology and changing the lives of patients with diabetes? Dexcom’s U.S. 12-week internship program provides an experience driven program aimed at developing the next generation of talent. Our onsite, hybrid, and remote work models ensure that we can invite diverse and talented intern classes from across the country. Interns will have the chance to gain knowledge and develop their skills while contributing to key company projects and initiatives. Dexcom interns have earned the nickname of “Game Changers” based on their ability to leave a lasting impact on our organization. • Team Highlights: We are a team of Product Managers with diverse backgrounds, working towards one mission of empowering people to take control of their health. Our goal is to increase the adoption of our products globally through technological advancement and meaningful innovation.

Where you come in:

• You will work with customers to understand their pain points using the CGM system and propose changes that will increase customer satisfaction and confidence in using Dexcom’s software

• You possess strong analytical thinking and a deep sense of empathy towards the patients to evaluate complex data and provide data-driven insights

• Your work will lay the groundwork in personalizing the app features for our patients throughout their CGM journey

• You will team up with fellow Data Science and Product Design interns.

• Your ability to interact with customers and lead cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results

• You have an eye to identify patterns in complex dataset and user feedback

• You can adapt to changing business needs and can thrive in a fast-paced environment

• You have a background in UX, product Management and Market Research.

Experience and Education Requirements:

• Requires a high school diploma/certificate or equivalent. 

• Must be a currently enrolled student at an accredited college or university with an expected graduation date of December 2025 or later. 

Non-Exempt Salary Details:

The annualized base salary range for this role is $22.00 to $29.00. Annualized values for non-exempt (hourly) positions are estimates, final annualized salary will depend on total hours worked. Final compensation package will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, business needs and market demand. 

Remote Workplace: Your location will be a home office; you are not required to live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km). If you reside within commuting distance of a Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km) a hybrid working environment may be available. Ask about our Flex workplace option.
