Support Day-to-Day Operations:

  • Assist in supervising and coordinating soft services area of care, such as janitorial, waste management, pantry and cafeteria services, event management, landscaping, pest control, transportation, and lockers.
  • Conduct site inspections and ensure all services meet quality standards and compliance requirements.

Vendor Coordination:

  • Support the team in collaborating closely with external service providers to address issues and ensure flawless service delivery.
  • Track vendor performance and assist in gathering feedback for improvements.

Administrative Support:

  • Assist with documentation, work order tracking, inventory management, and other administrative tasks.
  • Help coordinate facility-related activities, such as meetings, events, or anything related to soft services task.

Customer Service:

  • Address employee queries related to soft services and called out issues where needed.
  • Support initiatives to improve overall employee’s experience within the facility.

Improvements Projects

  • Assist in ad-hoc projects related to soft services area of responsibilities
  • Propose new fresh ideas for improvements project under soft services area of responsibilities

Requirements

  • Pursuing a degree/diploma in Facilities Management, Property Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Auto CAD is added advantages.
