Meet the team:

Are you a detail-oriented finance professional who has experience in payables process, can thrive in a fast-paced environment and loves solving problem? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! The AP Specialist 3 will drive accurate and timely processing of invoices and other business expenses to meet supplier obligations. The ideal candidate will process invoices, will review transactions for appropriate documentation and approval and will handle resolution of moderate to complex AP issues. Responsibility will also include vendor reconciliation, statutory and SOX audit, reporting and process improvement initiatives.

Where you come in:

• Perform supplier invoice retrieval, workflow documents, statement reconciliation or expense auditing with focus on exception handling and resolution
• Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment.
• Prepare aging report of Accounts Payable & Analysis of accounts
• Participate in statutory and SOX audits with focus on statutory document filings.
• May prepare ad hoc reports for senior management.
• Handle moderate to complex AP related queries
• Participate in process improvement initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Other assignments assigned by Supervisor or Manager

What makes you successful:

• Handled various Accounts Payable processes (Invoice Processing, Payments and Travel and expense)
• Experienced in using different systems (Ex Oracle EBS, Fusion, Concur, Basware) preferably with BPO or shared service experience
• Working knowledge on accounting concepts related to payables
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and in English communication (written and spoken)
• Intermediate knowledge in excel
• Knowledgeable in SOX and other financial controls

Experience and Education Requirements:

•  Typically requires a minimum of 4-6 years of related experience and High School diploma/certificate or equivalent.
