Job Description

 We are looking for a Senior RPA Consultant to join our team in Portugal. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation. You won’t just be developing; you will be analyzing, re-engineering, and designing robust automation solutions using UiPath. You will act as a key player in our Agile squads, translating complex business requirements into executable technical specifi cations and high-quality code. Your ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and your deep technical expertise in UiPath will be essential to drive process optimization and digital transformation for our clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Management, Information Systems, or a similar field;
• Functional Expertise: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Functional Analyst in RPA processes (specifi cally with UiPath);
• Development Expertise: Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing automated processes, using UiPath software and adhering to industry best practices;
• Proven experience in drafting functional specifications for design and/or construction of processes/solutions;
• Strong capability in low-level design and re-engineering of processes for automation (RPA);
• Experience working with collaborative tools (Jira and Confluence);
• Strong team spirit and ability to work in multidisciplinary environments.High sense of responsibility, organization, and autonomy;
• Proactivity and a continuous desire to learn and evolve;
• Excellent communication skills with business-facing capabilities;
• UiPath Certifications (RPA Associate, Developer Advanced, Orchestrator, etc.);
• Fluency in Portuguese and English is mandatory;
• Hybrid model in Portugal.
