Job Description

• Lead a team to extract compliance data from sourcing applications, apply business rules, and load the data onto SSAS cubes, segmented by compliance business scope;
• Utilize knowledge of Architecture BI, including feeding, ETL, data warehouse, DataMart, and data visualization, to ensure effective data management and reporting;
• Migrate ETL workflows to Python, optimizing and enhancing the extraction, transformation, and loading processes;
• Ensure the solid architecture of the application in Python, providing technical guidance and best practices to the team;
• Collaborate with Reporting Hub team to provide the necessary data for the creation of Power BI dashboards;
• Utilize expertise in SSAS, SSRS, and Power BI to enhance the data analysis and visualization capabilities.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Python and its application in ETL workflows;
• Extensive knowledge of Architecture BI, including data warehouse design, ETL processes, and data visualization techniques;
• Experience with SSAS, SSRS, and Power BI is a plus;
• Proven ability to lead and coach a technical team, driving successful project execution and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment;
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to address complex technical challenges and design robust solutions;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
