Job Description

• Define and implement the automation strategy, aligning it with broader business objectives.
• Oversee the entire RPA lifecycle, from initial assessment to deployment and ongoing maintenance.
• Foster a culture of automation and innovation within the organization.
• Lead and mentor a team of RPA developers, ensuring they have the skills and resources needed to deliver high-quality solutions and intelligent automations.
• Design, develop, and test complex automation workflows using UiPath, Power Automate and other RPA tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to RPA implementations.
• Identify and prioritize process automation opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Analyze existing processes to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Oversee the deployment of RPA solutions into production environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in RPA development and implementation, with a strong focus on UiPath and Power Automate.
• Proven experience leading and mentoring RPA teams.
• Strong understanding of RPA concepts, best practices, and methodologies.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell).
• Experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and APIs.
• Apply AI skills to automation.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and technical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in RPA (e.g., UiPath Advanced Developer) preferred.
