Job Description
Purpose
We are seeking a Data Scientist to support the FMO Workload Forecast by transforming complex, heterogeneous operational data into reliable, automated, and decision‑ready insights. The role focuses on data consolidation, validation, automation, and visualization to significantly reduce manual effort and improve forecasting accuracy.
Key accountabilities
- Consolidate and process large, heterogeneous datasets from multiple IT systems
- Design and maintain homogeneous data structures for forecasting use cases
- Perform data plausibility and quality checks
- Prepare and automate data flows using Power Automate
- Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI
- Collaborate closely with workforce management and business stakeholders
- Contribute to continuous improvement of data pipelines and analytics processes
Qualifications
Education
- Information technologies – Master’s degree
Experience
- ICT Analysis, Architecture & Design - 2 years
IT Technical Skills
- Strong expertise in data analytics and data processing
- Advanced Excel skills (expert level)
- Hands‑on experience with Power BI
- Experience with Power Automate for data preparation and workflow automation
- Strong analytical thinking and fast comprehension of complex data landscapes
- Ability to work independently and structure ambiguous data problems
Soft skills

Languages
- English - Upper intermediate (B2)
- German - Upper intermediate (B2) (nice to have)

Salary
Final salary is negotiable.
We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1450,- € /brutto.
