Job Description

Our HUB offer standardized, user-friendly and integrated IT workplace services worldwide that are adapted to the specific needs of users (groups) across the entire lifecycle.

To realize this vision, we have established services along the value streams of the Service Hub. End-to-end responsibility is assumed in these services. There is the opportunity for both personal and further service development.

You as an Operation Manager will work in the Software Provisioning service with software scripting, creating TaskSequences according to the customer need.

Your tasks will be:

• Ensure application availability and the proper operation of the of the existing Software Life Cycle Processes
• Creating software packages (Task Sequences)
• Check software, dependency analysis middleware
• Collecting, forwarding, and tracking technical requirements in day-to-day business.
• Measuring, analyzing, and monitoring the infrastructure based on availability and performance
• Documentation (packaging specifications, installation sequence
• Deploy and test Task Sequences in test environment
• solving SW scripting related incidents as 2nd level support
• in some cases communicate with the customer (EN|DE) while solving issues
• Assist in all standard activities in the Connection with operations, e.g. closing of security vulnerabilities

Qualifications

Therefore you need to have following skills abilities:

• Software Scripting know-how
• At least basics of Powershell (deeper PS knowledge is welcome)
• German and English language skills
• SCCM basic know-how
• 2nd Level Experiences
• experience with execution of fault analyses including analysis of technical faults
• troubleshooting experience
