Job Description
As a Finance- and Ordermanagement collegue you will have following tasks:
PFM@IT/SPPM Tool tasks
• Creating a project - Opening the balance sheet assessment
• Completion of a project - set BBU completion
• Creating a PSP elements
• Request budget approval and distribute budget in the SPPM system
• Collaboration with our controllers
EWC
• Create orders, process them until the order is with the contractor
• Supporting BO in releasing EWC assignments
• Maintain SDC list with TWF ID-s
Controlling
• Create forecast budget per month
• Monthly review in SPPM of actual costs against forecast
• Business review
• Invoice verification
• Budget transfers
• Review and maintenance of the invoicing list for Slovakia, Hungary, Greece
License management / MyStore orders
• Order license orders in myStore
KostV
• As a cost center manager, checking and approving incoming invoices
• Processing of all ad-hoc topics
Qualifications
Required skills:
- Language skills: advanced language skills in German and English
