Your key responsibilities

• Configuring and customizing the platform

• Writing clean, efficient and maintainable code in

• Code Reviews and quality control checks

• Debugging and fixing technical issues

• in-depth ITSM product knowledge is required, ITOM (Discovery/CMP/Service Mapping), GRC, IRM

• Developing ITSM/ITOM/ITAM/Discovery/IRM solutions on platform using an "Architecture first" principle

• Proven experience of delivering solution using development best practices

• Advanced analytical and problem solving experience, ability to multi-task and effectively manage priorities

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, ability to work effectively in virtual teams across multiple locations

• Expected development experience in is minimum of 6 years

• Contributing unit tests using team's automated testing framework, participating in code reviews, pair programming and UAT defect resolution

• Should be able to guide and mentor other resources

Your skills and experience

The person required for the above position should have the following profile:

• 5-8 years of Implementation Experience

• in-depth ITSM product knowledge is required, ITOM (Discovery/CMP/Service Mapping), GRC, IRM

• Proficiency with Development such as scripting, Flow designers (low code, no code) and integrations

• Experience working in Agile methodology such as Scrum and Kanban

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
