Business Analyst/MI / BI Analyst 

DB Global Technology is Deutsche Bank’s technology centre in Central and Eastern Europe. Since its set-up in 2013, Bucharest Technology Centre (BEX) has constantly proven its capacity to deliver global technology products and services, playing a dynamic role in the Bank’s technology transformation.

We are looking for an Business Analyst/MI / BI Analyst to own recurring management information packs, dashboards, and KPI-based reporting deliverables. The role focuses on translating business questions into clear reporting outputs with strong quality discipline and consistent stakeholder orientation.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver recurring MI packs, dashboards, and reporting outputs
  • Define and maintain KPI logic and reporting rules
  • Perform plausibility checks and support reporting quality
  • Translate business questions into structured BI deliverables
  • Work with structured datasets to support MI production and reporting activities
  • Ensure reliable and timely delivery of regular reporting outputs
  • Cooperate closely with analytics and engineering colleagues

Skills

  • Strong experience in BI, MI, and reporting delivery
  • Strong SQL skills
  • Good understanding of statistics and data handling
  • Experience with BI tools and dashboard development
  • Ability to structure and simplify complex business questions
  • Strong attention to detail and delivery quality
  • Tableau experience is an advantage
  • Experience in banking, financial services, or regulated environments is an advantage
  • Exposure to management reporting and KPI-driven steering processes
